Services Cancelation Policy
Please give at least 48 hours notice before cancelling. Email reminders of your appointments are sent out 48hours before your appointment and text reminders are sent out 24hours before. Please make sure your details are up to date. Appointments cancelled 24hours before will receive a 50% charge. No shows and appointments cancelled with 12 hours will be charged to full amount.
Product Return Policy
Products that you are not happy with can be returned with in 14days of receipt of the goods .
Hair extensions exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature and hygiene of hair extensions, ALL products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for an exchange to be accepted. So make sure your are happy with the hair before going ahead with your service.
For hygiene reasons, hair suppliers can not accept any products back that have been worn or removed from the packaging or coils. Items will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued if this was deemed worn or tampered with.
